Elite Nursery resulted after a business name change from Farquhar Olives in 1998 when Lisa and Wayne purchased their Barossa SA property “FRILL HILL”. Their vineyard development resulted in Grapevines taking over nursery production from the Olives.

Wayne has a 30 year background in the Ornamental Horticultural industry, having managed some of the largest propagation nurseries in South Australia.

Specialising in olive and rose grafting along with in-vitro propagation, it has been an easy transition for Elite to move into Grapevine production. Elite Nursery now focuses entirely on producing high quality affordable dormant Grapevine Graftlings, Rootlings and Green Pots with our new peat cell import from Oslo.
